We work hard to provide you with the best quality products by sending samples on a regular basis to the lab to ensure our adherence to food safety standards. We also provide continuous training courses for the women participating in the production to maintain the required quality level of our products. We monitor the production process by purchasing the best fruits and raw materials from farmers who adhere to primitive farming that does not include chemical materials. Thus, the products of Areef Arz Al-Shouf are fully monitored to ensure the best quality always. Through this process, we have promoted Lebanese farmers and women and provided a unique Lebanese product.
Our Company
Areef Arz Al-Shouf Foundation is a purely family-based institution that supports its surroundings with all its might. We believe in teamwork, rural development, and the development of local products because of their distinctive features that make them of high quality. We work to preserve the products and traditions that have been passed down from our ancestors. Our institution is not limited to supporting farmers and women producers, but we also work to support carpenters in producing the boxes in which we package our products, in addition to other crafts that can benefit us in packaging and gifting. We hope to expand our project in the future to renew most of the old crafts such as pottery, olive oil soap, straw, wool weaving, crochet, and in doing so, we can support all artisans in our areas and expand the circle of local support.
Areef Arz Al-Shouf Foundation began its work in the middle of the year 2000 as responsible for the rural development project in Al-Shouf Biosphere Reserve. In the current year 2023, and after the reserve decided to collaborate with agricultural cooperatives in the regions, and because we believe in rural development and providing job opportunities for every woman who wishes to work from her home under the required conditions and health specifications. We work hard to market the largest quantity of these local products both domestically and internationally. Areef Arz Al-Shouf project aims to increase income for the participating families. Together, we can support the local community and promote rural development.
